At Modern Contempo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Ensure the item is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware and manuals included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized freight carrier pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
